CopyCo is designed
to place service to our customers as our number one goal. When
you call in for service, you will talk live to our dispatcher,
not some voice prompted recording. We use the expression of “feeling
your pain." We believe it is important to immediately
understand your problem and be able to quickly respond to it.
We guarantee an average response time of less than four hours.
Our dispatcher will get back to you within two hours and let you
know when your technician will be there, if he is unable to do
so at the time of your call. We have a large inventory of parts.
We pride ourselves not only on responding to your call quickly,
but also our ability to repair your equipment and get you back
to having a working system as quickly as possible. In the rare
occasion of having a copier that is down, we will provide free
loaner equipment to insure your ongoing productivity.

We inventory locally all the supplies and parts to maintain our
customers copiers. No more waiting for overnight shipping.
Systems Support
With many of the digital copiers being used in network environments,
network support is critical. We offer extensive pre-sale, installation
and post-sale support and service.
